Terrible Customer Service

I ordered on clicks.co.za online and for more than two weeks I didn't get any response on my delivery. I had to go to Clicks in Hatfield to get help. I was assured it was a mistake and it will not repeat itself. Again, I ordered online and its been 6 days and no response concerning my order... Please do not order online from CLICKS.CO.ZA
