Terrible Customer Service

<p>Today marks the day that i have called clicks customer 6 times and wasted over R100 airtime. The lady i spoke to today placed me on hold for 10 minutes and spoke for 5 minutes. I was waiting for a manager instead i got hold music. I have been trying to get them to reset my profile so i can shop online. They kept telling reset your password then they said its your computer even after telling them i have done it on my phone, tablet work and home computer. You cant even send them a call back </p>
