Terrible Customer Service!!!

<p>Goodday hope this finds you well, My name is Babazile Nhlapo been a member and Customer of clicks for the age of 15, am now 30 years old.. <br />Ive shopped at Clicks not because i could not find the products you sell any where buy because of the customer service and the discounts your store has.</p> <p>Am am shocked to get such service from your Mark park store, I first had to look for help for 15mins when I found the 3 clicks employees standing together one chewing I then asked for help I was ignored later to findout her name is Nonhlanhla. as I head to get some Deod I was rudely told but the guard that was not to spry the Deo because there are not testers wish I understand but the matter I was told I was made to feel unwanted at the store.<br />I had to get items on my list but i cut short, I then went to pay no cashiers in front I went to get a lady at the back to pay asked her name she said she's Anna no name tag, am now looking at my till slip it says Nonhanhla help me.<br />Am appalled by this and really missed up my day. the guard came to the till when I asked for head office numbers to threaten me.</p> <p>I will report this action. but that will be last myself or family will be shopping there.</p>
