tellers not working , no name tags

Poor service at the tellers, no care for clients and no one is wearing a name tag, when asked why two tellers are open instead of the maximum , was told she's busy but standing , we had elderly people in the line , the service at Queenstown Nonesi Mall is poor , on Wednesday 9th 2022
