Tebogo and Richard Mahlaba Clicks Cresta Mall

I was at clicks Cresta Mall on the 24/12/2018.. I am sondissapointed thath their seniour staff members they dont value their customers. I wanted to buy a pack of perfumes that comes with a free watch and the watch was missing I asked for it and the lady said it was ****** by customers or staff but it had a free watch sticker on it, they called the supervisor(Tebogo) and the manager (Richard Mahlaba) they told me that they won't give me the watch since tge item is already marked down and I asked them why didn't tbey remove the free watch sticker, coz I can only pay for what I saw. They told me that's not my problem I must listen to them since they work there. .I even took a pic of the item instore and the lady that was Tebogo with ****** hair (didnt get her name) told me that " Go ahead do whatever u want and Ngizenza umlungu because I was complaining and wanted them to give me what they advertised.. I am so dissapointed with their service and the way they spoke to me especially senior staff members shame...
