Taurus Gersey Eco 3000 Steam iron: Ref ***

I'm extremely dissapointed with clicks online,returned my Non working Iron for an exchange to clicks Castle walk as it is still on warranty till today i still dont have an exchange of iron back or communication as to what's going on with my query.

Om my email i wrote to clicks : Farannaz Kuiler said: They will get back to me ASAP.I'm still waiting. I called again today Morning 16Octobers spoke to Lyle who said "Bonile is busy with my query and she/ he will call me back quickly to update me".
