Both my wife and I made a booking at Clicks Vaal Mall for Covid-19 vaccinations. We made the booking on Saturday for Wednesday the 25th of August at 09:10 and 09:20. We received our sms's to confirm our booking.

We arrived there 10 minutes early. There was no indication as to where the vaccinations where done so we asked the security guard and he pointed us to where we needed to go.

We stood in a row and after 5mins a staff member walked up to us, she looked at us and rudely just said yes. I said we where here for our Covid-19 vaccinations. She then said the que was outside. I informed her that we made a booking and she responded rudely again that the bookings are not valid because the store only opens at 9am and they help walk in customers first so we have to wait at the back of the que.

I would highly suggest that they remove our online booking system completely as it does not work.
