System problems at clicks pharmacy

I have been trying for weeks to get my profile working for my chronic medication. phone calls and emails are answered but no solution is offered. I am trying to have my medication delivered rather than go and queue in a busy pharmacy . every operator has a different solution and head office did not help at all.
