Syndicate Operation at clicks

Please be aware of clicks Forest Hill, since the cable had been ****** on the 26/01/2023, it affect customers change.I went to clicks Forest Hill to buy 3 items using cash , when pay with R200 note for the items that cost R160, my was R34 had to disputes it and the guy had to verify the price of the items but still my change was still short. It seems the stuff from clicks are in together cause customer next to me was experience the same thing. The excuse I was given for my short change is it the machine, if the machine can't calculate why the stuff not using calculators to make sure customer are not becoming victims, my question how many customers has been affected by this and who keeps the extra change and I fill sorry for the Adults who can't count. Is the stuff manipulating the system to ***** from customer cause it seems the manager is involved
