Swapped an item, NOT!!!

Bought wrong baby formula. Went back to Clicks Olivedale to swap for the correct formula. Basically told to hop it. Another customer gone. And I used to spend so much money there every month. I told them they have lost me as a customer. They couldn't have cared less. Bummer. G'bye now.
