Surprisingly Awesome Service

<p>It has been three occasions where I had visited Clicks in Diepkloof Square and recieved horrable service. There came a point where I told myself if anything happens this time im never coming back. </p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday on the 31/10/2016 I went to the store not even thinking about the issues that happen whenever I get there, and the manager Perunia Solani) approached me and told me that my issues where raised and she was informed by a staff member (Andile Mjiyakho). I was taken back and started explaining to her what I endured whenever I went there and named the staff members who made my experience horrable. Luckyly the Staff member who really always irritates me was there and I pointed him out. </p> <p> </p> <p>Nevertheless, my issues where heard and resolved within the store. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am very happy as these two staff members Pertunia Solani and Andile Mjiyakho have reminded me of why I even go to Clicks in Diepkloof Square. Friendly and very welcoming staff and their service is ok they can do better. But wow what a surprisingly turn of events.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ladies you Rock</p> <p>Thank you so much</p>
