On the 13th of Jan 2016 I bought an iron at clicks in Wynberg. Phillips for R385 & it has a 2 year guarantee. On the 3rd of Aug as I was busy ironing mu laundry, it stopped working. Nothing tripped, no notice. I took it to Clicks in Wynberg on the 04th in the morning at around 11. Unfriendly and very much impolite Thami Majola told me appliances have been taken by the supplier as they only collect twice a week, tuesdays and Thursdays. She told me on my face that there's is nothing she can do as it will only be collected on the following Thursday as the following Tuesday is a holiday. The only thing I need to do is to buy a cheap iron. Who has money for a cheap iron on the 04th of the month?, the country is on reccesion and I am being advised to buy a cheap iron. I have been a very loyal client of Clicks but on the 04/08/2016 they made me feel worthless and did not provide me with any solution that will help. Their service @ clicks email address has not even come back to me to provide me with a shirt term solution while they are busy with phillips being their supplier. I fully understand the procedure but what should I do in the meantime as I am in the middle of their resolution. I did not buy from Phillips, I bought straight from clicks. They need to take responsibility
