Such bad service

I placed an order inline for Pampers nappies on 1 December, total order of over R1000. I have not received anything or had any communication from Vlicks regarding my order, despite phoning in, being informed that they are out of stock and that they want to cancel my order and give me vouchers (which is in itself shocking), thereafter to be informed that they do have stock and will attend to the order asap. That was over a week ago already, and, still nothing! Worst service
