Such Absolutely Great Service

On 22nd February I went to a Clicks in Gugulethu and discovered that service were still exceptional, that they were as good as they tend to be elsewhere. For that I have to thank Lubabalo's willingness to serve with a smile. She was at the till when I came to pay and then I asked her about another item I hadn't found. Instead of just nonchalantly telling to go look and this or that aisle, she was ready to go and take me to it. She even made the necessary, relevant enquiries from her colleagues on my behalf. All this she did without even the slightest sign of irritation on her face.

Well, she's earned her keep! She deserves a good bonus - I'd say. Thanks for all the professionalism of your staff, Clicks.
