Subash Laloo - upset customer

My wife Usha Laloo was at your mall of Africa Midrand branch on the 27th March whereby she was bumped by a Abigail (staff member) who was running in the isle. It was only later that my wife realized that she was without her phone. My wife would want you to check what had happened since entering the store as we not having any proper explanation from store management. Kind regards
