Sub standard product

I’ve started using your Clicks brand denture adhesive. Lately the product is of sub standard! You struggle to get the adhesive out of the tube which is very frustrating, what about elderly that doesn’t or might not have power to do so. I also find that the product doesn’t last for as it used to before. I thought that I should bring this under your attention, as surely you want a quality product if you attach your name to it?
