Sub standard electrical equipment

<p>I bought a razor at Clicks a few months ago but I have never used it because instead of cutting my beard it pulls my hair out. What am I supposed to do with it now?</p> <p> </p> <p>In additon I bought a power bank a few months ago too. The thing does says it is 4400MAH on the package. My phone battery is 2600MAH but the powerbank does not even charge it fully. What am I supposed to do with this?</p> <p> </p> <p>Yuor advice is most welcome. </p>
