Stupid people

I went to clicks to buy me a mens hair clipper machine .All the small electrical appliances was taped off saying they are not to be sd its nor a necessity. As I walked in the shop they had loads of Easter eggs and fans and bubble baths they have on sale so are those items a necessity to our daily living .They can sell easter eggs chips and sweets bubblebaths and makeup but the couldn't sell me a hair cutter .where do we draw the line how do we differentiate and determine what is a necessity and what's not .Is that easter eggs gonna save me from the virus .Please the only reason they not selling those things cause they come from China and they will not get more of it if they should sell them cause all shipping was cancelled.
