Straightener on spspecial

Clicks made a sale on a particular product however when we go to buy it's out of stock just in few days and I went to signet terrace shopping center clicks and I was told its out of stock and they checked which store has and I was told carlton centre and four ways have stock, but to my surprise when i got to the stores i was told there is no stock but on the system its showing 5 or more stock is available I'm very disappointed at clicks for their por customer service and them lying to customers
