Stop robbing people with your useless Click branded Products

I received a Christmas gift containing a Clicks brand Humidifier. The item did not work and I was unable to exchange it without the slip, which of co**** I could not ask for considering it was a gift. I then lodged a complaint about this useless Clicks branded humidifier that I could do nothing with. The complaint was esculated on January 2022 and to date no one has contacted me about this piece of *******. Why put your name to a product that is so useless, unless this is what you associate your brand too... which is clearly evident.
