Stop buying clicks diapers

Since my 3 kids were born I have been using clicks diapers. there has never been any issues until the last couple of months. Monthly I purchase a bag of pull ups, a bag of number 6s and a bag of 4s. In every bag I opened There were one or two defective diapers. I did not make it an issue until last week when there was 5 diapers that could not close, the one pull up was open on the side. I have emailed clicks customer care no one bothered to respond. This has become a big issue for me because I'm spending lots of money on diapers every single month at clicks. So since me as a customers experience does not matter to clicks I dnt see why I need to continue buying 60 diapers and only get 45 to 50 diapers working. I just find it pathetic that no one responded
