Stollen purse ignored by clicks group

My mom ans i went shopping at clicks palm springs mall olin vaal area .unfortunately my mother lost her purse in the store what surprises me even today the store was empty it has just opened and she lost it at the dispenser till point and it disappeared. So my corcene is that I hear 3 people I know have gone through the same experience "a purse lost at a till point" on different occasions and days but clicks does nothing to insure safe shopping for customers. When we asked for footage to see if the purse was stollen by another customer or the caisher they refused ..so I have a reason to believe it was stollen by a caisher
