I went to a Clicks Store in East London. I forgot my phone at the till and returned within minutes. When I got there, they told me they did not see my phone. So, I requested to see a footage because they displayed cameras. To which they called me to the back of their store to tell me the cameras don't work. I told them I want my phone because I feel they are misleading their customers by pretending to have cameras they don't have. Now I will never know if its one of their stuff who took my phone or if it was a customer. I called Head Office and they said they would get back to me. A Supervisor called me yesterday and rudely told me they will not reimburse me for my phone because they did not ***** it
