Stock shockingly damaged

I shop with Clicks at least once a day in Nelspruit. Today, I have visited your shop in Riverside Mall. What a disgrace. I went to buy some biscuits and sweets, etc. All the biscuit packages were so badly damaged and were off colour and the biscuits were all broken inside. Your shelves where the nuts and stuff should be by the till is all empty, nothing there. When I complained about this, I was told by one of your cashiers that they receive damaged goods daily. I asked him why do they not return it to the supplier, because clients wont buy it, upon which he did not reply at all. This type of stock does your image damage. And you must have a lot of losses. I will never shop with you again, but will visit the Ilanga Mall branch instead.
