Stinking attitude

Stinking attitude. I walked into clicks pharmacy Wonderpark. I selected option of prepared collection. I sat down waiting to be called. Little did I know that the option is not working.so the numbers are showing on screen. Suddenly my number is not showing, so when I’m supposed to be next. They call people who came behind me. So I asked the lady by the name of Christina, she tells me it’s written on the keypad that we shouldn’t select the prepared collection option. What irritated me is the attitude she gave me. She then said she’s going to help the numver that she called not me instead of helping me. Luckily the guy who was to be helped, sugggedted I get helped first and I thanked him for the gesture. I would like Christina to be taught some manners or skills of customer services. I might be wrong by not reading what’s written on the keypad but don’t give me an attitude. You came there looking for a job. Just imagine being jobless what would it mean to you and your family. By Sami saying I’m implying that she must not take her job for granted by I’ll treating people. She might have looked at me and undermined me but you don’t know me.

Secondly. Why doesn’t the pharmacy remove the option if it’s not working? What happens to an old lady/ old man who can’t read?

Are all this people going to be tested bad or is it just Christina with her filthy attitude?
