STILL WAITING FOR COLLECTION NOTIFICATION OF MY ONLINE ORDER

I placed an online order on 26 November 2024 FOR COLLECTION. This was to avoid delays associated with delivery. 3 days later my order is not ready. I need the items for tomorrow.

I am dissatisfied with this delay. If it wasn't urgent, I would have opted for delivery.
