STILL NO FEFUND WEEKS LATER

On the 1January 2025 I olaced an order on Clicks online. A week later I called to find out where my order was. I was told I got a email to say they dont have stock. I told the rude agent I did not get an email. I called again the next day and after n long conversation got the email asking if i want a cash back or refund. I opted for refund and send all my docs required. I called a week and a half ago just to be told they have a backlog and basically blaming me for not calling sooner even though i followed up via email. I still dont have my refund. Pathetic. Clucks online and support staff is useless.
