STILL have not received my online order 3 weeks later!

I placed an online order with Clicks on 17 December 2020 and have still not received my order 3 weeks later!! I have tried to query this numerous times but all I ever get told is someone will get back to me!! I have requested a refund as I have since ordered the same product from Dischem online and received it the very next day! Pathetic service from Clicks and will not buy there again, your customer service is pathetic and couldn't be bothered with providing a service to paying customers who keep you in business.
