still awaiting my order from clicks

Worst experience with the clicks online delivering my goods, i have purchased these goods on 17 June 2020, i have to pay R60 for delivery where they state 1 to 3 days for delivery as of yet havent seen a damn thing, i would rather like them to refund me so i can go to a store. Please just help me as i wouldnt refer anyone to purchase online by clicks.
