*****ing cashbacks/ points

According to my clicks app I had 517 points and they said I will receive 51.70 on the 23rd Jan but I received R 34.10. When I phoned to query this I was told the app is giving problems due to the loading of cashback's and I had 341 points only. If the app is giving problems because of cashback's being loaded why would my points be incorrect from December already wouldn't the problems from loading cashback's only start once cashback's are being loaded. The app has also always said I have no script which is wrong since I have one at the Southdale branch, but my main question is where did my points go? and how many other people have been duped by this system. It may seem petty but when you counting every cent and purposely bought gifts from clicks to receive these points to help with January and then don't receive them it makes me want to move my script elsewhere.
