STAY AWYA FROM CLICKS LIFESTYLE CENTRE CENTURION - VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF

Stay away from Clicks lifestyle Centre Centurion (Lenchen ave). Actually, stay away from all the Centurion Clicks store, as Clicks train their management and staff to be VERY RUDE, ****S and LAUGH AT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Clicks doesn’t value you as customer. At Clicks lifestyle Centre Centurion, the manager is THE RUDEST manager I have ever encountered, so can you imagine how is the rest of the staff if the manager can not greet, acknowledge the presence of a customer or answer any questions, she can only look you up and down as if the cat dragged you in from a dumpster. I was at the store yesterday to enquire about a product I bought with a guarantee, I greeted the manager, asked my question twice, NEVER GOT A GREETING BACK, SHE SAT ON THE CHAIR WITH HER HANDS IN HER POCKET AND SHE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME, ONLY TOOK THE SLIP FROM ME AND TREW IT BACK ON THE COUNTER AFTER SHE HAD A LOOK, AND THE CASHIER (THABANG) STANDING NEXT TO HER ANSWERED ME. I left the store very unhappy. I went back to the store today and received the same treatment, but this time after I greeted her and explained why I am back, I got the answer from her…..SO. That was her greet, her acknowledgment of my presence and my request…..SO!!!!! How do you employ a manger, with no manners and no vocabulary to answer a customer, since when is an answer…..SO!!!!!! When I voiced my unhappiness with the rude behavior, she and her staff had the audacity to laugh at me. I will never ever support Clicks again; I would rather spend my hard-earned money at Dischem where half-assed service is the norm.
