STAY AWAY FROM NORTHMEAD CLICKS - *****ULENT ACTIVITIES

The Clicks at Northmead Square is the worst service I’ve ever experienced! In January we had 5K co-payment, this is impossible, the medicine do not even reach 5K. Then suddenly in February our 6 months repeat script was finished in the 2nd month. My wife had 2 profiles and I had one! Why?? March they insisted on a new script, it was given to them (after having to pay to get scripts again). March our co-payment was just over R700. When we went to get our chronic meds today, we needed a repeat script again! My wife still has two (2) profiles, and suddenly I have 3 profiles on medical aid numbers that’s not mine! Then they found it, and our co-payment is just over 4K. In the middel of March I had to phone them and asked them what are they doing, because suddenly they are dispensing medicine, but we’re not there. This is *****! Double profiles and tripple profilrs, with **** medical sids! New repeat scripts every month. I’m going to take this *****ULENT actions futher to the media. They give pills ro people, whom you need a script for! I saw it happening in-front of me, telling the person just to “remember” to give a Rx next time! This screams ***** and a good SARS visit. Suddenly my Chronic is from my savings! See you in court. I have all the proof, recordings and video footage! Rectify this TODAY!
