STAY AWAY FROM CLICKS ONLINE SHOPPING

Never use clicks online services. It is pathetic. the adverti*****t of 1-3 working days is an absolute lie. I bought a straightener online on 01.03.2020. I made payment on 01.03.2020. I never until today received anything. We logged calls send emails and received reference numbers which means nothing. There only answer is "we are escalating it". Clicks is blaming Pargo and Pargo is blaming clicks. The only straight answer i received was that the manager from Pargo phoned me and explained everything to me from their side. Thus the fault is with Clicks as pargo is only doing their admin. Useless. So the end result is that i donated money to clicks for poor service and no product.
