Staff who just don't know their store prices and couldn't careless!

I was at Clicks Evaton Plaza on Saturday- 21.10.2017 and I happened to spot the Aerial laundry soaps at the front display iles with no prices on. I then asked the cashier guy who had an intern tag on and rather looked too tired to assist if the soap was on special and he told me he didn't know, so I asked if he knew of a person who could help, and he directed me to 2 ladies in the front who seemed confused at first but then confirmed that there was no special. I then didn't buy the laundry soap but later at home I saw on TV a Clicks advert for the 3kg soap that's on special and got upset and disappointed at the same time as to what type of people are hired by that store who don't even know their prices and cares less for helping!!!!
