STaff treated badly by other staff in public

<p>good day </p> <p> </p> <p>i was at clicks parow centre this morning to purchase a few goods in the baby aisle and overheard 2 colleagues lash at each other. An older woman (employee of clicks) approached a gentleman (employee) minding his own business and doing his work on the shop floor. it sounded like she immediately attacked him for something... here on-going the gentleman got defensive after being attacked by the older woman and of course rightfully so... however this should not have happened and much less on the shop floor where the customers can hear and unfortunately I was the one having front seat to this outlash. </p> <p> </p> <p>She should have called the employee to the back office and dealt with her constraints/upsets with him there and not on the floor where customer are in the shop. I was quite shocked at her behaviour. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is the same woman (employee) who earlier, before approaching the guy working, yells from a distance at customers standing in clicks pharmacy queue to make the line skew. i mean what employee of such a big company does this? I'm a customer and dont want to be treated like such and no one should be treated the way she treated the other employee and yet on the shop floor for everyone to see. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am bringing my concerns to Clicks Parow Centre as I'm concerned that this is how clicks employees might be treating other employees and customers. </p> <p> </p> <p>hope this will not go unseen. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
