Staff swearing in front of clients

On Saturday morning I went to Clicks Waverly and I heard one of the staff swearing in front of mothers and their children. He repeatedly swore (f**k*l) and eventually when none of the other staff did anything I had to intervene and complain to them and get them to stop the man doing that. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with Clicks Waverly. If my medical aid didn't force me to get my medicine there I would never go there again.
