Staff shortage and stock shortage

Clicks Medicross Boksburg - They are always short of staff which results in a person standing in a queue for no less then 45 min. This happens every month-end when its time to renew one's script and of course one usually fetches your script after work. This is when Clicks Medicross Boksburg will insist on only having 2 pharmacists on the floor. Every month you battle the waiting and then when you get to the front they don't have half your prescription in stock. I have been waiting over a week for my medication to arrive, of which I have already paid cash for, only to be told they still don't have stock. Do the pharmacists not understand how important it is to remain on one's medication. Now I have gone a week without which means it will take 10 days before the medication works through the system just to go through all of this again at the end of the month. Unfortunately I would change pharmacies but my 6 month's script lies with them.
