Staff member screams and becomes rude to my child

I'm flabagasted writing this. I went into Clicks @ PnP Brackenfell Hyper and never experienced something so shocking by one of your staff members Khuselwa Yawa. While I'm searching with your other staff members for a price on an item, my 10 year old son standing across for me wanting to see which David Beckham perfume he wanted to purchasefrom his birthday money, Out of nowhere Khuselwa shouts at him to leave the item alone. I was gob smacked, firstly that is not the way you treat customers and secondly its a child that you shouting you too I was livid as I don't even scream at my child like that because he was terrified thinking he did something wrong. I then approached her about this and she became all apprehensive with a stink attitude. I then went to a Manager, Nomakhosi Fankomo who then walked with me to her and when we got there she even got rude with her Manager. The more her Manager was trying to get her to stop, the more she continued arguing with a bad attitude and raised voice. Her Manager then apologises to me while she is still carrying on in front of other shoppers. While she was going on another elderly shopper approached myself and the Manager saying that she had the exact same experience with that staff member the week before. I'm still shocked about this and my son is now terrified about going to a shop. Clicks thanks so much for spoiling his excitement about going to purchase himself a perfume from his birthday money. If I receive no response from this, I will be blogging about this incident on my Media and Broadcasting page. This is totally unacceptable that a child had to ensure something like this.
