STAFF INCOMPETENCE

They've never ever signed me up for their loyalty card, all this time my details were just flying around until today (21 July 2024) where I had to do it with my phone. The last time I did an update was in Malvern Park (Queensburgh) because I really needed a card to swipe for gas maar all this time I've been swiping for nothing. Shame that was not good and I'm sure their management does not care even if I have to report it here I know it's a useless matter to them.
