Staff do not understand 3 for 2 promotion

<p>Visited Clicks Groblersdal today, purchased some 3 for 2 promotions. After I paid I was waiting to collect my online order(waiting a long time for them to get it), while waiting I was checking my store purchases on the till slip when I noticed that on one of the promotions the discount was not deducted. I told the cashier that assisted me, but she did not know if it was on promotion. So I showed her in the pamflet that was next her that it indeed was on promotion. I then told her it was fine I dont have time to wait for it to be refunded, she then called, what I presumed was the manager, I also told her I dont have time to wait for it to be fixed. But she insisted.After waiting for about 5-10 min she finaly said I must pay in a amount. That was so weird because I already paid, but it was a small amount so I paid it. After payment she then thought the process was completed, I then asked her now where is my refund for the discount that I paid full price for. And she looked at me like I am crazy. Now after I told them I dont have time to wait for this, and after I paid an additional amount for someting already paid for in full price, I still dont get my refund. To be honest I was angry they wasted my time and my money(even if it was a small amount). Now I actually want my money back, for the promotion and the additional amount I paid, I dont care if it was a small amount, it is the principle of the matter. Every time I go to that store, there is an issue with the pricing. Unfortunately the only Clicks around here. Please get your pricing correct and the process of refunding, Dischem is opening a branch here and as long time Clicks customer this branch will make me shop at the competition, even if I love the online Clicks store.</p>
