Staff at clicks makes their customers feels like ********* and really unwelcome

Worst clicks ever I went to go return a gift with my 3year old son I was standing by the counter when the lady said they where busy I must rather go stand in the line which I did like I said I just wanted to return a gift I didnt have a slip didnt ask for money back just wanted something different for my son they accused me of *****ing so I told them go look on the camara i did nothing wrong the lady by the till ask me to stand in the line she denied saying it and so than they got the gaurd to tell me and my son we are not welcome in there shop I ask you why if I stole from them like they claim why wouldn't they show me on Camara?
