Staff and Management need training on customer service

I always shop at Clicks Sunrdidge Village PE. Firstly let me say I bought Rimmel Scandaleyes Mascara (R129.00) just over a week ago. Unfortunately I did not take the till slip. I did not think I needed it as I have never had a problem with Clicks products before. The mascara is dry and I could not take it back. I went in to the store today to purchase another mascara and eyebrow marker. There was NO Testers for the NYX Eyebrow Markers (the tester section next to it was empty?). Naturally I wanted to try it before I paid R140.00 for it, especially after the mascara I bought was dry and useless for me to use now. A staff memer (Nancy Xuza) was talking so loud to what seemed to me a friend or at least someone she knew well. I did not appreciate the way in which Nancy addressed me, that being her tone and mannerism. She said to me "Excuse me Maam, that is not a tester!" on the TOP of her voice with a stern look on her face, humiliating me in front of other people. I rep**** "I will pay for it". She continued her conversation with her 'friend'. I had to interject to ask what the price of it was. Nancy walked up to the price and put her finger on it, told me the price as if in a irritated scolding manner then turned to continue her conversation with her 'friend' whilst moving closer to me and watching me as if I was going to walk out the store and not pay for the item as if I am a *****! I went to talk to the store manager Lonwabo Vemile. I told Lonwabo that Nancy could have spoken to me politely and tried to assist me with testing the product. He agreed with me and apologised. He said he would talk to her. He also told me to phone the NYX company and ask the rep why they have not delivered any testers there which I will do next. Lonwabo picked up a plastic packet and just casually walked off to his office without going to talk to Nancy or even ask Nancy to apologise to me and assist me. I went to the office and called Lonwabo back. I asked him what his name was and to write it down for me. He walked to the office and wrote it down on a piece of paper and put his name badge on his shirt. I then went to Nancy and asked her to write her name down on the piece of paper. She asked me "Why do I want her name" so I said "I want to contact Head Office. She walked off and came back a while later and handed me the paper without saying a word and continued to stand by the make-up section, no apology or sorry Maam but can I sort something out for you or help you or anything. I bought the Eyebrow pencil and another mascara and left the store really upset.
