Spray Pier 14 clicks caused allergy and suffered medical expenses

I bought a spray at clicks and it gave me piples which where painful a d I reported to them and send every document they requested but till today no one has ever came back to me for reimbur*****t . I spoke to their Gary in head office I still have emails I sent and their responses with pictures. I need help

Clicks hasn't come back to me still after such a long time! I cannot believe such a huge outlet will be this careless about their customer and decide to ignore my complaint
