Spend R500 by 15 June 25 get R100 cash back - ****?

Did anyone else get caught out on the 15 June Promo with Clicks, spend R500 and get R100 rewards? I received the email saying I'd qualified but never received the R100 on my clicks card!! I have a reference number but I think it was a **** by them!
