Specials not honored.

Hello, Regarding CLICKS Knysna branch. For many months Klicks Knysna have had mistakes at the till when honoring the offered specials which are noted on the shelves. 3 for the price of 2, is the one that I mostly find is not honoured. For the past three weeks in a row I have had to note down the prices of all items, so that I know that they are correct at the till. Every time I get to the till, there is a mistake on the specials and I have to take the staff to the item, where they remove the special tag on the shelf come back to the till, get the superviser, and correct the item. This is so frustrating for me, and the customers behind me are angry with me for holding up the line. This has happened so much, that I have complained to supervisor. They say they know the problem, but it is never fixed. I do not trust anything I buy at Clicks to have the correct price and the problem does not go away. I tried to write a long complaint to Clicks on their website, and when I tried to send it, the website said "sorry not available". So I wasted my time with my complaint letter and decided to write to you instead. Please look into this bad practice, where nobody cares. Kind regards, Linnea Putter Knysna
