Special price on shelf 9 days after expiry. My problem!

Purchased some over the counter medication from Click Lynnridge mall on 1/05/2018. Efferflu Cold and Flu effervescent tablets 20's were advertised on the shelf at R84-99. Bought 3x items including the Efferflu. All the items combined by pharmacist on duty on one price without price breakdown. I investigated pricing online after reaching home only to discover that I was overcharged after confirming special verbally with pharmacist. I phoned dispensary manager who confirmed price of Efferflu Cold and Flu was a special which expired on 22/04/2018. He apologised for not removing the price from the shelf. I am still not getting the special price as marked on the shelf. Is this the way Clicks conduct their business?
