Special - not so special

Clicks is currently running a special for the Twisp Solo and Edge for R499 including a free liquid. This adverti*****t was shown on TV and is advertised on their site. When i went into the Edgemead store firstly they were not aware of the special. Secondly i was told that it is in fact only the Solo device that is priced at R499. The Edge device (which is shown side by side on the adverti*****t for R499) is in fact R799. <br> <br> The manager at the store pointed out that on the brochure (once they figured out that this was actually an item on promotion) it states that the cost is FROM R499, however is is blatantly obvious that this is deliberately misleading as the adverti*****t always has both items side by side with the R499 in bold underneath<br> <br> To say that i am disappointed - is an understatement<br> <br>
