Spam from Clicks clubcard

My wife has a Clicks account and at one stage gave my email address to them. Now I'm getting spam email from them a couple of times a week and no matter how many times I click on unsubscribe, it has no effect. I've sent them direct email requesting to be removed from their mailing list - still no effect despite their confirmation that I've been removed from their list. ********** is sending out the mails.
