Soshanguve crossing clicks

I went to buy toiletries at clicks soshanguve crossing mall on the my toiletries I included energy bar chocolate to eat on my way home , before I can open it I discovered that it has expired, when I got home I called their customer care line of which they told me the matter will be handle in 3days with the reff number 215979 I spoke to fikiswa venganayi, in 4 days time I got a call from store manager looking for barcorde of the energy bar chocolate I bought that has expired of which I gave him and he told me his area manager will get back to me with the matter , a week later I received an email from their complaint department saying the matter was resolved by Andrew Masango the area manager, I have never spoken to Andrew the are manager at all , I called their customer and spoke to delene whom thy are saying she's handling the matter ever since she said thy will call me until today my matter is unresolved. Since I loged a complaint with them on the 14 January 2022
