Sold me Returned Damaged goods

I bought an Russel Hobbs Iron at Clicks Fish Hoek and when I wanted to use it to iron my uniform, I discovered that the iron is not working and that there had already been water placed in the iron. Which means that someone had returned the iron with a flaw and Clicks instead of sending it away, just placed it back on the shelf. This is totally unacceptable. I WILL BE RETURNING THE ONCE AGAIN DAMAGED IRON. Do not buy any house hold items from Clicks. You might just find that it was already used and broken.
